The following is a partial list of the people who are presumed to be "Casualties" of the various Clinton Scandals. The current scandals include: Whitewater Development, Inc.; Morgan Guaranty S&L; Mena, AR drug smuggling; The Arkansas Development Finance Authority; Travelgate; ZipperGate; philandering, etc.

A "Casualty" is defined as anyone threatened with harm or actually harmed because of their knowledge of and/or involvement in one or more of the Clinton Scandals. Some of the "Casualties" were openly murdered, but many were killed in such a way so that their deaths could be ruled accidents or suicides. This was especially true if they died in Arkansas where the medical examiners routinely rule apparent murders as either accidents or suicides when it suits political purposes.

In fact, this is so common that it is often referred to as "Arkancide" or "Arkansas Suicide." Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to identify who is responsible for the decision to target these people or who actually carried out these threats or attacks. This information has been compiled from a variety of publicly available sources and is believed to be correct but may contain errors or omissions. Anyone with corrections or additions may forward them to the author.

1. Russell Welch
   1986 An Arkansas State Police Investigator, was stricken with what his doctor called "military-grade" anthrax poisoning during his probe of Mena drug operations.
   
   

2. Alder Berriman (Barry) Seal
   1986 The head of the cocaine smuggling operation at Mena airport, who had turned states-evidence, was murdered.
   
   

3. Kevin Ives
   08/23/87 A teenager who lived near Mena, AR, was run over by a train close to Mena. First ruled a suicide, a later autopsy showed he was murdered before he was run over by the train. He may have gotten too curious about air drops he had seen in the nearby countryside.
   
   

4. Don Henry
   08/23/87 A friend of Kevin Ives, was also run over by the train on the same night. His death was initially ruled a suicide, too, but a later autopsy showed he was also murdered before he was run over by the train. Initial cause of death reported to be resulting from falling asleep on railroad tracks in Arkansas on Aug. 23, 1987. This initial ruling was reported by state medical examiner Fahmy Malak. It was later determined that Kevin died from a crushed skull and that Don had been stabbed in the back prior to being placed on the tracks. Rumors indicate that they might have stumbled upon the Mena drug operation.
   
   

5. Keith Coney
   04/??/88 An individual who claimed to have information about the deaths of Kevin Ives and Don Henry, was fleeing an attacker on his motorcycle, when he slammed into the back of a truck. Police ruled it a "traffic fatality".
   
   

6. Keith McKaskle
   11/??/88 Another person who claimed to have information about the Ives-Henry murders, was brutally stabbed to death in his home. He knew someone was after him so he had said goodbye to his friends and family.
   
   

7. Gregory Collins
   01/??/89 Another person who claimed to have information about the Ives-Henry. Died from a gunshot wound to the head in Jan. 1989.
   
   

8. Jeff Rhodes
   04/??/89 Another person who claimed to have information about the Ives-Henry murders; was shot in the head. His burned body was found in the city dump, with his hands, feet, and head partially severed.
   
   

9. James Milan
   1989 Held information on the Ives/Henry deaths. Was decapitated; state examiner Fahmy Malak initially ruled death by natural causes
   
   

10. Richard Winters
    1989 Another person who claimed to have information about the Ives-Henry murders, was killed by a man using a sawed-off shotgun. Also a suspect in the deaths of Ives/Henry. Was killed in a robbery in July 1989 which was subsequently proved to be a setup.
    
    

11. Jordan Ketelson
    06/??/90 Another person who claimed to have information about the Ives-Henry murders, died of a shotgun blast to the head. Found shot to death in the front seat of his pickup on June 1990.
    
    

INSLAW was a small software company whose software (PROMIS) was allegedly stolen by the Dept. of Justice.  Tactics utilized by the Dept. of Justice during this procurement eventually forced Inslaw into bankruptcy.  The lawsuits and ensuing investigations resulted in many deaths as itemized in the following listing:

12. Larry Guerin

02/??/87  Was killed in Feb. 1987 while investigating the Inslaw case.


13. Alan Standorf

01/31/91  Electronic Intelligence employee for the National Security Agency was a source of information to Danny Casalaro who was investigating Inslaw and BCCI.  His body was found in the backseat of his car at Wash. National Airport on Jan 31, 1991.


14. Dennis Eisman

04/05/91  Attorney involved in the Inslaw case.  Found shot to death on April 5, 1991.


15. Danny Casalaro

08/10/91  Free lance reporter and writer who was investigating several of the Clinton Scandals, including Inslaw, BCCI and the October Surprise.  Found dead in his bathtub in his Sheraton Hotel room in Martinsburg, Virginia on Aug 10, 1991.  His wrists were slashed 10 times and the documentation on the cases he was working on was missing.  He had earlier warned his family that his life was in danger and if he was found dead due to an apparent accident or suicide, not to believe it.

11/01/92  Held supporting documentation for grand jury proceedings on the Inslaw case.  His wife and 3 children were found murdered on Nov 1, 1992 in their home with gunshot wounds to the head in Rancho Santa Fe California.  Ian's body was found several days later in a parked car on the Borego Desert.  Death was determined to be ingestion of cyanide.  FBI report indicated that Ian had murdered his family and committed suicide.


Spiro has been connected to being a member of the C.I.A., British Intelligence and Israeli Intelligence.  He was also a figure in the Iran - Contra scandal.

21. John Crawford

04/??/96  Attorney with information on Inslaw.  Died from a "mysterious" heart attack in Tacoma in April 1993.


22. Paul Wilcher

07/23/93  Investigator and attorney was found dead in Wash. DC on July 23, 1993.  The coroner either could not find, or did not report, the cause of death.  At the time of his death, Wilcher was investigating gun-running and the drug business in Mena, AR.  Shortly before his death he wrote a 105-page letter to Attorney General Janet Reno describing evidence that he allegedly had concerning Mena and information on CIA secret operations.  The first page of his letter stated in part; "The lives of key participants, other witnesses, and even myself, are now in grave danger as a result of my passing this information on to you.  If you let this information fall into the hands of the wrong persons...some or all of those who know the truth ...could well be silenced in the very near future."

23. Susan Coleman

07/??/78  Reportedly became pregnant after an affair with Clinton in the late 70's.  Problem was becoming a campaign issue in a Clinton election bid.  Susan was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head at 7 1/2 months pregnant.  Death was an apparent suicide in July 1978.


24. C. Victor Raisner II

07/30/92  National Finance Co-chair presidential campaign finance committee of Clinton for president.  Died in an airplane crash on July 30, 1992, crash near Anchorage, AK, in good weather.  With his inside knowledge of the Clinton operation, he had become disillusioned by what he had seen and thus became a potential liability.  (There are reported to be several ways for hit-men to rig small aircraft to crash so that they appear to be accidents.)


25. R. Montgomery Raiser

07/30/92  Involved with Clinton campaign.  The son of C. Victor Raiser II, died in the plane crash with his father.


26. Paul Tulley

09/24/96  Democratic National Committee.  Was found dead due to "unknown causes" in Hotel Room on Sept. 24, 1992.


27. Paula Gober

12/09/92  Clinton Speech interpreter.  Died in a car accident on Dec. 9, 1992.


28. Jim Wilhite

12/21/92  Associate of Mark McClarty's former firm.  Died in a skiing accident on Dec. 21, 1992.

40. Jerry Parks
    
    

09/26/93  Chief of security for Clinton's National Campaign headquarters in Little Rock.  Generated an extensive file on Clinton's affairs in the 80's.  He was gunned down, assassination style, and his bullet ridden body was found on I-10 outside Little Rock on Sept. 26 1993.  Several witnesses who initially came forward now have "short" memories.  The Clinton campaign had failed to settle an outstanding debt to Parks for $81,000 at the time of his death.  Mr. Parks, had compiled detailed records of Clinton's sexual affairs and his attendance at "drug parties".  Parks' wife said her husband threatened to go public with his information if Clinton did not pay the bill.  Parks' home was broken into only hours before he was murdered.  THE ONLY THING TAKEN FROM HIS HOME WAS THE DOCUMENTATION HE HAD ON CLINTON'S "ACTIVITIES".


41. Ed Willey

11/30/93  The manager of the Clinton presidential campaign finance committee Clinton Fund raiser.  Died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on Nov. 30, 1993.  He was seen handling briefcases full of cash during the campaign.

01/08/94  Lasater attorney committed suicide on Jan 8, 1994.  Baugh's partner committed suicide on Feb. 8,1994.


44. Herschell Friday

03/01/94  Member of presidential campaign Finance Committee.  Died in an airplane explosion on March 1, 1994.  His plane crashed as he approached his private landing strip near his Arkansas home, in a light drizzle.


45. Dr. Ronald Rogers

03/03/94  A dentist from Royal, AR, was killed when his twin-engine Cessna crashed near Lawton, OK, in clear weather.  He was on his way to see Ambrose Evans Pritchard, a reporter from the "London Sunday Telegraph", to reveal some "dirt" on Clinton.


46. Kathy Ferguson

05/11/94  A 38 yr. old hospital worker whose ex-husband is codefendant in the Paula Jones sexual harassment lawsuit.  Held information supporting Paula's allegations.  Died of an apparent suicide on May 11, 1994 from a gunshot wound to the head.  The right-handed Ferguson supposedly shot herself behind the left ear.  It was labeled a suicide even though much of the forensic evidence does not support this finding.  She died five days after her ex-husband, was named a co-conspirator in the Paula Jones case.  Kathy had told friends that Clinton had sexually harassed her in a manner similar to that reported by Paula Jones.  She purportedly had knowledge of Clinton's "regulars" and often talked about how Clinton had gotten Danny to bring women to him and stand watch while they had sex.  Part of Danny's job was to make sure that each woman was ready and willing when she and Clinton got together.  Kathy said she heard that Clinton was really mad when Paula Jones wouldn't "put out".


47. Bill Shelton

06/12/94  Arkansas police officer was found dead of an apparent suicide on Kathy Ferguson's (his girlfriend) grave on June 12, 1994.  He died from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.  He was shot behind the ear which is usually the sign of an execution.  His death was also labeled a suicide.  Shelton was highly critical of the conclusion of local police that Kathy had committed suicide and he aired his complaints widely.


48. Stanley Huggins

07/??/94  A 46 yr old principal in a Memphis law firm who headed a 1987 investigation into the loan practices of Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan.  Died in Delaware in July 1994, reported cause of death was viral pneumonia.  He produced a 300-400 page report that has never been made public.


49. Calvin Walraven

1994  A 24 yr old who was a key witness in the trial of Jocelyn Elder's son's drug case.  Was found dead in his apartment with a gunshot wound to the head.  Tim Hoover, a Little Rock spokesman, says no foul play is suspected.


50. Paul Olson

09/08/94  Was a key Federal witness in several Chicago drug trials.  Died in a Sept 8, 1994 USAir airplane crash while returning from being interviewed for two days by federal investigators.


51. John A. Wilson

05/19/93  A Washington, D.C. councilman, "hung himself".  He allegedly knew a lot about Clinton and was reportedly going to start talking before his death made that impossible.


52. Vince Foster

07/20/93  A former partner in the Rose Law firm and White House aide, was found dead in Fort Marcy Park.  It was ruled a suicide, but this conclusion does NOT square with the testimony from the man who found the body (the Confidential Witness) or much of the forensic evidence.


53. Jon Walker

08/15/93  An investigator for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), mysteriously "fell" to his death from Lincoln Towers, in Arlington, VA.  In March 1992, Walker contacted the Kansas City RTC office for information concerning the ties between Whitewater and the Clintons.  He reportedly was looking into a 50 million dollar transfer from an RTC fund in Chicago to Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan to cover up a 47 million dollar embezzlement.


54. Florence Martin

10/31/94  An accountant who had worked as a subcontractor for the CIA, was found dead in Mabell, TX; the victim of three gunshot wounds to the head.  She had the documents and paperwork as well as the pin number to an account that had been set up in the name of Barry Seal for $1.46 million dollars at the Fuji Bank in the Cayman Islands.  Following her death the money was moved to the Guaranty Bank in the Caymen Islands and then was transferred from that bank to another bank believed to be in the Virgin Islands.


55. Ron Brown & 38 more

04/03/96  US Commerce Secretary and 34 American industrialists and flight crew aboard the Presidential plane Air Force-2 were killed when the Boeing T-43-A crashes into Sveti Ivan, Croatia, April 3, 1996.  Air Force Stewardess Shelly Kelly, who is riding in the tail, sustains only minor cuts and bruises, and was able to board a rescue helicopter without assistance.  She later dies at the hospital from loss of blood.  According to journalist Joe L. Jordan, an autopsy later reveals a neat three-inch incision over her main femoral artery that was inflicted at least three hours after all her other cuts and bruises.  Clinton hastily orders all bodies of the victims to be cremated.
Maintenance Chief Niko Jerkuic, in charge of the radio beacon that guided Air Force-2 to the runway at Cilipi Airport, commits suicide by shooting himself in the chest.  Cilipi¹s air traffic controller also commits suicide and the tapes of the control tower disappear.  The total is 39 deaths tied to plane crash of Air Force 2!


56. L.J. Davis

02/??/94  A veteran journalist, was knocked unconscious in a Little Rock hotel.  Pages were stolen from his notebook that contained information on the inner workings of the Rose law firm.  He later received threats to back off the story.


57. Sally Perdue

??/??/92  One of Clinton's "regulars", was offered a $60,000/year federal job to keep her mouth shut; or she would have her legs broken.  When she did come forward, she received a series of threats; but luckily for her, the American press mostly ignored her.


58. Gary Johnson

06/26/92  An attorney who lived next door to Gennifer Flowers, was beaten severely and left for dead by two thugs who broke into his apartment.  It seems he had video-taped some of Clinton's "visits" and had mentioned the existence of the tapes to other people.  The intruders made sure THEY TOOK THE "CLINTON-FLOWERS" TAPES after they finished the beating.
